Associate Operations (Industry) - LoB-related

Your Tasks

  • Qualifizierte Sachbearbeitung von internationalen Versicherungsprogrammen
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Bestandes
  • Instruktion unserer internationalen Netzwerkpartner hinsichtlich der Umsetzung von Policen, Deckungsinhalten, Prämienallokationen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Datenerfassung in allen relevanten Systemen zur Vertragsanlage, Bearbeitung, Abrechnung und Rückversicherung
  • Fachliche sowie administrative Unterstützung von Vertrieb, Underwriting, Claims und Rückversicherung
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung (in deutscher und englischer Sprache) von Kolleg:innen, Kund:innen und Partner:innen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Service- und Datenqualität
  • Unterstützung in Projekten bei der Weiterentwicklung von Systemen und Prozessen

Your Profile

  • Ausgebildete Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Industrieversicherungsverträgen
  • Umfassende Fachkenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Internationalen Programmen
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie schnelles Auffassungsvermögen
  • Hohe Service-, Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
