Your Tasks
- Further develop and operate central reporting solutions in Power BI, including data modeling and KPI-based dashboards within an insurance and portfolio steering context
- Analyze, prepare, and structure data from central data sources (e.g., data warehouse) and ensure a reliable and consistent data foundation
- Design and technically implement meaningful management reporting to steer key performance KPIs
- Translate business requirements from underwriting and portfolio steering into Power BI solutions in close collaboration with IT and ART units
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing data-driven steering and decision-making processes within HDI Global SE
Your Profile

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification

Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in building reporting and dashboard solutions in Power BI, ideally including data modeling and DAX

Proven experience in a finance or insurance environment, ideally with exposure to insurance portfoliosStrong understanding of business KPIs and their application in reporting

Experience with structured data sources as well as BI tools and methodologies for creating management dashboards and reports; knowledge of query languages (e.g., SQL) or programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus

Structured and analytical way of working, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills

Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
