Your Tasks
- Further develop and operate central reporting solutions in Power BI, including dashboards
- Analyze, prepare and structure data from central data sources (e.g. data warehouse) and ensure a reliable data foundation
- Design and further develop meaningful management reporting to steer key performance KPIs
- Collaborate closely with business units (including Underwriting, Portfolio Steering as well as IT and ART units) to translate business requirements into structured reports and dashboards
- Contribute to interdisciplinary projects to further develop data-driven steering and decision-making processes at HDI Global SEÂ
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a comparable qualification
- Experience with structured data sources as well as BI tools and methods for developing management dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI)
- Strong understanding of business performance metrics as well as knowledge of insurance-related concepts and processes, with a willingness to deepen this expertise
- Structured and analytical working style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus
