Cyber Strategic Underwriter:in

Deine Aufgaben

  • Development and implementation of global and country-specific underwriting strategies
  • Active management of portfolio performance (growth, profitability, risk profile)
  • Definition of target portfolios, underwriting parameters, and risk preferences in alignment with central governance requirements
  • Identification of market trends, emerging risks, and growth areas to further develop the cyber business
  • Technical management and further development of international branches and units
  • Analysis and underwriting of selected strategic large-scale risks
  • Contributing to the design of products, policy wording, and underwriting guidelines
  • Deriving measures from data analyses and market trends for portfolio management
  • Close collaboration with international teams and serving as a central liaison

Dein Profil

  • Several years of experience in cyber underwriting or in the Industrial Lines / Specialty Lines sector
  • Experience in developing underwriting strategies or portfolio approaches
  • Experience in managing portfolios (e.g., profitability, growth, exposure)
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, pricing logic, and market mechanisms in the cyber sector
  • Ability to analyze complex data and market information and translate them into strategies
  • Experience in identifying measures to optimize portfolio performance
  • Written and spoken English proficiency; business-level proficiency in English or German
