Cyber Strategic Underwriter:in

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von globalen und landesspezifischen Underwritingstrategien
  • Aktive Steuerung der Portfolio-Performance (Wachstum, Profitabilität, Risikoprofil)
  • Definition von Zielportfolios, Zeichnungsparametern und Risikopräferenzen in Abstimmung mit zentralen Governance-Vorgaben
  • Identifikation von Markttrends, Emerging Risks und Wachstumsfeldern zur Weiterentwicklung des Cyber-Geschäfts
  • Fachliche Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Niederlassungen und Einheiten
  • Analyse und Zeichnung ausgewählter strategischer Großrisiken
  • Mitgestaltung von Produkten, Wordings und Underwriting-Guidelines
  • Ableitung von Maßnahmen aus Datenanalysen und Markttrends zur Portfoliosteuerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams sowie zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion

Dein Profil

 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Cyber-Underwriting oder im Bereich Industrial Lines / Specialty Lines
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Underwritingstrategien oder Portfolioansätzen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Portfolios (z. B. Profitabilität, Wachstum, Exposure)
  • Kenntnisse in Risikobewertung, Pricing-Logiken und Marktmechanismen im Cyber-Bereich
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten und Marktinformationen zu analysieren und in Strategien zu übersetzen
  • Erfahrung in der Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Portfolio-Performance
