Werkstudent:in Schriftgut Unterstützung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Datenübertragungen und der Pflege relevanter Datensätze
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität durch Prüfung auf technische und fachliche Richtigkeit sowie Vollständigkeit
  • Erkennen und Dokumentieren von Datenlücken
  • Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit verantwortlichen Teams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Aufgaben
  • Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von Datensätzen für strukturierte Importe in die IT-Systeme

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Versicherungswesen oder einer vergleichbarer Fachrichtung, vorzugsweise mit einer Reststudiendauer > 1 Jahr  
  • Interesse an Datenmanagement, Digitalisierung sowie Prozessoptimierung
  • Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Flexibilität im Hinblick auf den Arbeitsstandort im Raum Köln/Kreis Mettmann
