Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Lern- und Entwicklungsangebote
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Kommunikations- und MarketingmaĂźnahmen rund um Lernen und Entwicklung
  • Erstellung und Gestaltung von Lernmaterialien, Präsentationen, Grafiken und digitalen Lerninhalten
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Planung, Organisation und Begleitung von Workshops, Veranstaltungen und weiteren Lernformaten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung innovativer Lernansätze, insbesondere im Kontext von Future Skills und KĂĽnstlicher Intelligenz

Dein Profil

  • Begonnenes Studium der Pädagogik, Bildungswissenschaften, Psychologie, Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Reststudiendauer von mindestens 1 Jahr
  • Interesse an den Themen Lernen, persönliche Entwicklung, Future Skills, KĂĽnstliche Intelligenz und moderne Lernkultur
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft, eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Freude daran, Inhalte kreativ aufzubereiten und komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Präsentations-, Design- oder Kollaborationstools
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
