Werkstudent:in Institutional Business - Mandatsbetreuung, Projekte & Tools (CRM & Reporting)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung des Ampega Kundenportals (insb. Erstellung des Monatsabschlusses, Bearbeitung von RĂĽckfragen im Tagesgeschäft, Mitwirkung bei WeiterentwicklungsmaĂźnahmen)
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Digitalisierungs- und Projektinitiativen (z. B. Einsatz von KĂĽnstlicher Intelligenz, Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Tools)
  • UnterstĂĽtzung der Mandatsbetreuung (z. B. Mitwirkung bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Vorbereitung von Anlageausschusssitzungen und Präsentationen)
  • Mitarbeit bei regulatorischen Themen (z. B. UnterstĂĽtzung bei Due‑Diligence‑Fragebögen oder Anforderungen aus dem Geldwäschegesetz

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschafts­wissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Interesse an Kapitalmärkten und ein grundlegendes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher und finanzieller Zusammenhänge
  • IT-Affinität sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes MaĂź an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
