Werkstudent:in IT-Ausbildungskoordination & Talententwicklung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktives Mitwirken bei der Betreuung, Beratung und Begleitung von Auszubildenden und dual Studierenden in der IT
  • Operative Tätigkeiten, wie die Pflege der Ausbildungs- und Einsatzpläne
  • Beteiligung an internen und externen Eventformaten, u. a. PrĂĽfungssimulationen, Karrieremessen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Azubiprojekten 
  • Koordination der Schnittstelle zur HR-Abteilung
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen und Initiativen fĂĽr die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Talent Experience 
  • Mitarbeit an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Nachwuchsthemen in der IT

Dein Profil

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Bildungs- oder Erziehungswissenschaften, Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Interesse und Affinität fĂĽr aktuelle IT- und HR-Themen; Programmierkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Talententwicklung, Ausbildungsmanagement oder Nachwuchsförderung sind von Vorteil
  • Freude am Umgang und an der Zusammenarbeit mit jungen Erwachsenen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und solide Meme-Skills sind von Vorteil
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit und eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, z. B. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
