Werkstudent:in Betriebliche Altervorsorge (bAV)

Deine Aufgaben

  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Verwaltung von Verträgen im bAV‑Breitengeschäft
  • Mitarbeit im Aktionsteam bei der ZufĂĽhrung von Geschäftsvorgängen in die automatisierte Weiterverarbeitung
  • Controlling, Monitoring und Optimierung der eingesetzten betrieblichen Robotics‑ und Automatisierungsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Robotics‑Team
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei administrativen und prozessualen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

AusfĂĽhrliche Beschreibung

  • Begonnenes Studium im Bereich Versicherungswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines verwandten Studiengangs
  • Interesse an der Versicherungsbranche, an administrativen Tätigkeiten sowie an prozessualen Abläufen
  • Affinität zu automatisierten und digitalen Prozessen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations‑ und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1‑Niveau)
  • Bereitschaft, die Tätigkeit im Zuge einer Standortverlagerung ab Mitte 2026 am Standort Hilden (Kreis Mettmann) auszuĂĽben
