Trainee Portfolio Management - Equity & Multi Asset

Deine Aufgaben

  • UnterstĂĽtzung des Portfolio Managements fĂĽr Equity- und Multi-Asset-Mandate – inklusive Mitarbeit an der Einzeltitelselektion im Aktienportfolio auf Basis quantitativer Screenings und qualitativer Kriterien sowie Umsetzung von Portfolioanpassungen
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Markt-, Portfolio- und Risikoanalysen (z. B. Performance, Attribution, Exposures, Szenarien) als Grundlage fĂĽr Investmententscheidungen
  • Mitarbeit im Investment-Research ĂĽber Anlageklassen hinweg (Makro, Cross-Asset, Equity-Themen) und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Fonds-/ETF-Selektion und laufendem Monitoring (inkl. Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen) sowie Mitarbeit an Selektionskriterien und -modellen fĂĽr Aktienportfolios (quantitativ und qualitativ) inkl. Pflege von Watchlists
  • Einsatz moderner Daten- und Analysetechniken (z. B. Python) zur Automatisierung und Optimierung wiederkehrender Analysen und Reportings

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Finance/Economics, Mathematik/Statistik, (Wirtschafts-)informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Banking & Finance bzw. Investment-/Asset-Management (z. B. Praktikum oder Werkstudierendentätigkeit)
  • Starkes Interesse an Kapitalmärkten und Portfolio Management; Grundverständnis von Portfoliotheorie und Risikokennzahlen
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität; strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint; Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. Python) von Vorteil
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
