Trainee Corporate Management

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Steuerung der Profitabilität der Ampega Gesellschaften
  • Mitarbeit in strategischen unternehmensübergreifenden Projekten z B. Weiterentwicklung Steuerungsmodell, Effizienzprogramme, strategische Geschäftsfelderweiterung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Ertrags-/Kostenanalysen, Erstellung von Reports inkl. Austausch mit Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation und Analyse von Unternehmensrisiken inklusive Ableitung risikomindernder Maßnahmen auf allen Unternehmensebenen
  • Unterstützung bei der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung von Steuerungsinstrumenten, Reports, Methoden, Prozessen und unterstützenden IT-Systeme

Dein Profil

  • Abschluss eines Masterstudiums der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche wünschenswert (Praktika, Werkstudierendentätigkeit)
  • Grundverständnis von Finanz- und Risikokennzahlen
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstreflexion und Selbstorganisation
  • Strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Interesse an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben sowie eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und Engagement
  • Sichere Kommunikation auf Englisch und Deutsch
