Teamleiter:in kaufmännisches Property Management

Your Tasks

  • Übernahme der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Leitung des Teams "Kaufmännisches Property Management"  sowie die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs
  • Sicherstellung der kaufmännischen Objektbetreuung z.B. Mieterkommunikation, Steuerung externer Dienstleister:innen und Lieferant:innen, kred. Rechnungsbearbeitung, Objektdokumentation, Budget-/Ertragsplanung
  • Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für das Mietvertragsmanagement z.B. Mietvertrags-/Stammdaten-/Forderungs- management (SAP), Nebenkostenabrechnung
  • Mitwirkung im Investment- und Vermietungsprozess, Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung von Objekt- und Portfolio- strategien sowie bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Implementierung von immobilienspezifischen Digitalisierungs- und Nach- haltigkeitsprojekten

Your Profile

  • Ausgebildete Kaufleute im Immobilienbereich, Immobilienfachwirt:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Studium mit entsprechender Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Führungsfunktion
  • Fundierte fachliche und praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in der Immobilienverwaltung mit SAP-RE/FX sowie fachliches und inhaltliches Verständnis der Kapitalanlage Immobilien
  • Modernes, personenorientiertes Führungsverständnis und authentisches Auftreten
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft, sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für das Team und die Aufgabe
  • Kooperatives, transparentes und vorausschauendes Arbeitsverständnis
