Syndikusanwalt/-anwältin - Schwerpunkt Kapitalanlagen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von allen anfallenden rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit den Kapitalanlagen des Talanx-Konzerns sowie unserer externen Kund:innen
  • Rechtliche Beratung der Geschäftsleitung sowie der Vertriebs- und Fachkolleg:innen unserer Ampega-Gesellschaften
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Verträgen und anderen rechtlich relevanten Dokumenten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von neuen Produkten sowie bei Auslagerungen
  • Vertretung des Konzerns gegenüber Aufsichtsbehörden, Verbänden und Gerichten

Dein Profil

  • Zwei abgeschlossene juristische Staatsexamina
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bank- oder Investmentbereich von Vorteil
  • Zulassung als Rechtsanwalt/-anwältin / Syndikusanwalt/-anwältin oder Bereitschaft hierzu
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke, sicheres Auftreten
  • Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Verhandlunssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
