Deine Aufgabe

  • PrĂĽfung, ob bei entstandenen Schäden Dritte haftbar gemacht werden können (Schwerpunkt Sach)
  • Feststellung der Höhe der möglichen AnsprĂĽche und Sicherung aller notwendige Informationen und Beweismittel
  • AuĂźergerichtliche Durchsetzung von Forderungen und bei Bedarf aktiv gerichtlich begleitend
  • Fokussierung effizienter Lösungen mit direktem Kontakt zu den Schuldner:innen und Haftpflichtversicherern
  • Regelmäßiger fachlicher Dialog mit beteiligten Sachbearbeiter:innen und Regulierer:innen im AuĂźendienst
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Sicherung des langfristigen Regresserfolges
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Fachschulungen intern und extern
  •  

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit juristischem Kontext, eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung fĂĽr Kaufleute fĂĽr Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Schadenregulierung im Bereich Sachversicherung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Leistungsbereitschaft, Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, gewissenhafte und beharrliche Arbeitsweise
  • Beständiges hohes Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
