Senior Manager:in Corporate Strategy

Your Tasks

  • Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensstrategie in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung sowie Steuerung des jährlichen Update-Prozesses
  • Strategische Steuerung der Profitabilität der Ampega Gesellschaften (Festlegung Ziel- und Leitplanken, Durchführung Status-quo-Analysen und Ableitung Handlungsbedarf)
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen inkl. konzeptioneller Erweiterung des Analysespektrums
  • Identifikation von Handlungserfordernissen in Bezug auf die mittel-/ langfristige Entwicklung der Ampega inkl. Konzeption und Steuerung entsprechender strategischer Initiativen
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Geschäftsführung und sonstige Gremien
  • Leitung von strategischen/übergreifenden Projekten
  • Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Steuerungsinstrumente/-prozesse und unterstützender IT-Systeme

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Wirtschafts- oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder Unternehmensentwicklung  bei Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse über den Finanzmarkt und die Asset-Management-Branche
  • Herausragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Bereichsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kontaktfreudigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten in Powerpoint/Excel
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
