Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernahme vielfältiger Teilaufgaben im Segment Real Estate Investments
  • Mithilfe bei der Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten
  • Research und Administration
  • Unterstützung des Teams Real Estate Investments bei Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen für Immobilien

Dein Profil

  • Begonnenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Mathematik, idealerweise mit bau- bzw.immobilienbezogener Ausrichtung
  • Erfahrungen im Immobilienbereich oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung für Bank- bzw.Sparkassenkaufleute von Vorteil
  • Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Die Verfügbarkeit für das Praktikum sollte 6 Monate betragen
  • Strukturiertes und analytisches Denken
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Große Lernbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
