Portfolio Manager:in Real Assets

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Empfehlung von Alternative Investment LP-Fonds (Infrastruktur, Immobilien und Natural Resources mit Core+/Value Add Schwerpunkt)
  • Aktives Assetmanagement: Erstellung und Umsetzung von Allokations- und Investitionsstrategien
  • Recherche ĂĽber globale Real Assets (Fonds, Manager, Trends) mit prägnanten schriftlichen Outputs
  • Aufbau, Erweiterung und Pflege der Geschäftsbeziehung zu Alternative Investment GPs
  • Betreuung, Monitoring und Berichterstattung der Fondsbeteiligungen
  • UnterstĂĽtzung und DurchfĂĽhrung von Kundenterminen und Strategiediskussionen im Coverage-Bereich

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Berufsfeld Infrastruktur und Immobilien mit einem Schwerpunkt in LP-Fondselektion
  • Solide Kenntnisse von Underwriting, Marktzyklen, GP-Geschäftsmodellen und Assetmanagementansätzen im Real Asset Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zu strukturiertem und analytischem Denken, sowie Fähigkeit zur sicheren und einfachen Präsentation komplizierter Sachverhalte
  • Freundliches Auftreten gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und hoher qualitativer Anspruch an die eigene Arbeit sowie sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Versierter Umgang mit Excel, Power Point und Datenbanken, Erfahrung mit LLMs und KI-Use-Cases
  • Gutes Verständnis fĂĽr rechtliche Komponenten in LPAs und sonstigen Fondsunterlagen
