Fullstack Softwareentwickler:in smart FLOW/Inputmanagement

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fullstack Softwareentwicklung in einem autonomen, agilen und cross-funktionalem DevOps-Team
  • Entwicklung von cloudbasierten und serviceorientierten Lösungen fĂĽr die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessabläufen im Inputmanagement
  • Programmierung, Customizing und Betrieb des Inputmanagement
  • Omnikanal Response Management auf Basis von Kaufprodukten und Eigenentwicklungen, z.B. Integration von KI-Lösungen, E-Mail Kommunikation mit Kund:innen
  • Optimierung der Dokumentendefinitionen (Klassifikation / Extraktion), z.B. Verbesserung der Erkennungsquoten von Dokumenten und Abläufen im Inputmanagement-Workflow
  • Planung, Organisation und DurchfĂĽhrung von Migrationen bestehender Inputmanagement-Lösungen in ein modernes Zielsystem

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse ĂĽber den Aufbau und die Prozessabläufe im Inputmanagement oder Versicherungsknowhow
  • Erfahrungen in Java und mit agilen Arbeitsweisen sowie dazu notwendigen Methoden & Praktiken (Scrum, CI/CD, PeerReviews, DevOps)
  • Kreativität bei der Konzeption und Umsetzungen von Lösungen im Sinne der Anwender:innen
  • Offenheit fĂĽr Neues, Interesse an Mitgestaltung und Bereitschaft sich aktiv in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
