Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung moderner digitaler Services entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb von Full-Stack-Anwendungen mit Java und Angular
  • Mitgestaltung cloudbasierter Architekturen und Lösungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Product Owner:innen, Business Analyst:innen und Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Entwicklung stabiler und performanter Schnittstellen sowie Backend-Services
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in agilen Teams nach Scrum oder vergleichbaren Methoden
  • Evaluierung und Nutzung von KI-gestützten Entwicklungsansätzen und modernen Engineering-Praktiken

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Full Stack Entwickler:in
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Java sowie modernen Java-Frameworks
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit Angular
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb cloudbasierter Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich DevOps, CI/CD und Infrastructure as Code
  • Kenntnisse moderner Softwarearchitekturen, APIs und Microservices
  • Fachliches Know-how im Versicherungswesen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau digitaler Kunden- und Serviceplattformen wünschenswert
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit GenAI- oder KI-Technologien
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen (Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2)
