Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Steuerung des ALM-Prozesses und Koordination mit dem zentralen Kapitalanlagemanagement sowie Teilnahme an Gremien zur Kapitalanlage (Management-ALC)
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zum zentralen Kapitalanlagemanagement; Entwicklung konkreter Steuerungsimpulse und Prüfung strategischer/taktischer Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Kapitalanlage; Übersetzung in SAA- und TAA-Maßnahmen (kurz- und langfristig)
  • Priorisierung relevanter Hebel bei Berechnungen und Überprüfungen in zentralen Einheiten; Sicherstellung der Angemessenheit bestehender Governance und Richtlinien; Erarbeitung von Anpassungsvorschlägen
  • Analyse von Märkten, Unternehmen, Branchen und Wirtschaftsindikatoren; Risikomanagement durch Identifikation, Messung und Steuerung von Markt-, Kredit- und Liquiditätsrisiken
  • Durchführung von Portfolio-Optimierungen (z. B. Asset Allocation)
  • Compliance und Regulierung: Beachtung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien; Implementierung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung der Aktivitäten zur Kapitalanlage, Governance und Risikomanagement mit relevanten Stakeholdern sowie Berichterstattung und Transparenz innerhalb des Unternehmens

Dein Profil

  • Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Mathematik/Finanzwirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Kenntnisse in Kapitalmarkttheorie, Finanzinstrumenten, aufsichtsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Kapitalanlagen im Lebensversicherungsumfeld und Kapitalanlagesteuerung nach IFRS, SII und HGB
  • Tiefes Wissen zu Asset Klassen (börsennotiert und nicht) im LV-Kontext und Durationsmanagement
  • Erfahrungen mit Asset Allocation, Diversifikation, Liquiditätsmanagement
  • Kenntnisse zu Solvency II, HGB und IFRS
  • Risikomanagement, Compliance und aufsichtsrechtliche Vorgaben
  • Analytische/konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Modellierung (Cashflows, Szenarien), sowie Präsentations- und Moderationskompetenz; Kommunikationsstärke
