Business Analyst:in - Digitale Vertriebs- und Plattformanbindungen für Partnerprozesse

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb von digitalen Integrationslösungen im Versicherungsumfeld
  • Steuerung und Koordination von Anforderungen zwischen Fachbereich und IT
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Stabilität bestehender Schnittstellen
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung von Vertriebspartner:innen und internen Stakeholdern
  • Mitwirkung in Fachgremien und bei der Standardisierung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierungsstrategie im Partner- und Plattformumfeld

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung für Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen und / oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Inhalten oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung mit branchenüblichen Standards & digitalen Schnittstellen im Versicherungsumfeld
  • Starke Kompetenzen in Anforderungsmanagement und Prozesskonzeption
  • Verständnis für IT-Architektur und API-basierte Systeme
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Stakeholder-Management
  • Erfahrung in agilen Projekten und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Lösungsorientierte Denkweise, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C2)
