CloudOps Engineer

Deine Aufgaben

  • Zentrale UnterstĂĽtzung und Beratung der Produkt‑ und Entwicklungsteams beim Betrieb ihrer Systeme in der AWS‑basierten HD Cloud sowie Funktion als technische Anlaufstelle fĂĽr Cloud‑ und Betriebsthemen
  • Begleitung der Teams im Produktionsbetrieb, bei Incidents, Changes und Performance‑Analysen sowie UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Einhaltung von Betriebs‑, Sicherheits‑ und Cloud‑Standards
  • Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Betrieb zentraler Betriebsservices und ‑tools (z. B. fĂĽr Backup und Patching und Monitoring) als wiederverwendbare Services fĂĽr die Teams
  • Automatisierung von Betriebs‑ und Supportprozessen mittels Infrastructure‑as‑Code und Cloud‑Automatisierungstechnologien in AWS
  • Koordination und Steuerung teamĂĽbergreifender Betriebsthemen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung von Betriebsmodellen, Prozessen, Runbooks und Supportstrukturen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender praktischer Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb von Cloud‑Plattformen, idealerweise in AWS (z. B. EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM, Networking)
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von Infrastructure‑as‑Code‑Ansätzen und ‑Tools (z. B. AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform) im operativen Cloud‑Betrieb
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Skript‑ oder Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, TypeScript, Bash) zur Automatisierung und Fehleranalyse
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis fĂĽr Cloud Operations sowie fĂĽr Anforderungen an Stabilität, Sicherheit und Effizienz verteilter Systeme
  • Solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Betriebssystemen sind wĂĽnschenswert
  • Hoher Eigenverantwortung mit der Fähigkeit, technische und organisatorische Themen zuverlässig voranzutreiben
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise im SAFe‑Kontext
  • Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
