Claims Handler Smart Claims (Property/Liability)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Schäden ausgewählter Branchen in den Sparten Liability, Property und Engineering
  • Anlage und PrĂĽfung sowie Abrechnung der Schadenfälle inkl. Reservierung, Eingabe und Pflege von Daten 
  • Externe Kommunikation mit Versicherungsnehmer:innen, Dienstleistern und Makler:innen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern, z. B. anderen Schaden-Sparten, Underwriting, Vertragsservice usw.
  • Administrative UnterstĂĽtzung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung fĂĽr Kaufleute fĂĽr Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Schadenregulierung, ggfs. FĂĽhrungs- und Beteiligungsabrechnung bzw. Bearbeitung von Beteiligungsschäden
  • Erfahrung in der Industrieversicherung
  • Ausgeprägte prozessorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise mit dem Willen zur Ermittlung von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Präzises und strukturiertes Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Teamorientierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
