Business Analyst:in

Your Tasks

  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Business Lösungen (fĂĽr versicherungstechnische sowie nicht versicherungstechnische IT Lösungen)
  • Definition der Business Anforderungen und Lösungsentwicklung in Form von Epics, Features und User Storys
  • Abgleich der Konsistenz mit bestehenden und geplanten Funktionalitäten und Fähigkeiten der Zielarchitektur inkl. Fit-Gap-Analysen
  • Anforderungsaufnahme fĂĽr bestehende Systeme fĂĽr das Specialty-Portfolio im laufenden Betrieb
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Product Manager:innen und Product Ownern im agilen Umfeld sowie fachlicher Ansprechpartner fĂĽr die im Unternehmen eingesetzten Business Solutions
  • Requirements- und Stakeholder Management
  • Kommunikation und Kooperation mit internen Kund:innen und weiteren Stakeholder:innen im internationalen Umfeld
  • Begleitung der Ablösung und EinfĂĽhrung von IT Lösungen sowie Dokumentation der Arbeitsergebnisse und ZusammenfĂĽhrung mit anderen Arbeitspaketen sowie Begleitung der Umsetzung der Lösungskonzepte

Your Profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, z B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung mit Fokus auf Business-Analyse, idealerweise in der Versicherungs-/Finanz- oder bspw. in der Beratungsbranche 
  • Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung hohe Auffassungsgabe und Freude an der Lösung komplexer Aufgabenstellungen
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Ăśberzeugungskraft und hohes Engagement
  • Gelebte Kund:innenorientierung und erfolgreiches Stakeholder:innenmanagement (auch in internationalen Kontexten)
  • Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (C1) FlieĂźend in Wort und Schrift
