Deine Aufgaben

  • Anforderungs- und Defectmanagement im Bereich Leistung Leben
  • Übergreifende Koordination und Kommunikation mit Stakeholderinnen/Stakeholdern aus dem Fachbereich bzgl. Priorisierung, Test und Abnahme von Neuanforderungen
  • Fachliche Analyse, Kozeptionierung und Test von Änderungsanforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklungsteam
  • Fehlerbehebung und Kontrolle der Datenbank

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Versicherungswesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL, o. Ä.
  • Kenntnisse über die Zielanwendungslandschaft Leben, insbesondere das Bestandsführungssystem Kolumbus und leistungsrelevante Umsysteme sowie Überblick über interne Prozesse und die Tariflandschaft
  • Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von leistungsrelevanten Geschäftsvorfällen
  •  Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum, SAFe) und im Anforderungsmanagement
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren und verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Kenntnisse in SQL wünschenswert
