Deine Aufgaben

  • Business Analyse zur Implementierung und Parametrisierung neuer Lebensversicherungsprodukte in der bestehenden IT-Systemlandschaft (Kolumbus) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Produkte ADUs und Fachbereichen
  • Ăśbergreifende Koordination und Kommunikation zu fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen - von der Ă„nderungsanforderung bis zur produktiven Umsetzung 
  • Entwicklung, Anpassung und Abstimmung der Konzepte fĂĽr neue Lebensversicherungsprodukte und deren BestandsfĂĽhrung im Verwaltungssystem Kolumbus
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der kontinuierlichen Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Arbeitsweisen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fachrichtung Informatik, Mathematik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, wie z.B eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Business Analyse im Bereich der Lebensversicherung mit dem Schwerpunkt Neugeschäft und Bestandsverwaltung
  • Agiles Mindset und Erfahrung mit dem Einsatz agiler Methoden bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Projekten und Anforderungen (Scrum)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, sich engagiert in neue Themen und komplexe Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
  • Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit mit Zeitvorgaben zu arbeiten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit sowie selbständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
