Business Analyst:in Actuarial Reserving

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse im Bereich der versicherungsmathematischen RĂĽckstellungen im Zusammenhang mit IFRS17
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Lösungen mit Konfigurations- oder Low-Code-Tools (Algorithmen, Datenverarbeitung, Reporting, Workflows), zur ErfĂĽllung der IFRS17 Anforderungen und Ablösung des SAP IA
  • UnterstĂĽtzung des Product Owners bei der Entwicklung und Kommunikation der Produktvision und Roadmap
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem agilen Scrum-Team und externen Partner:innen fĂĽr eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung
  • DurchfĂĽhrung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Ermittlung von Trends und Best Practices
  • Vorbereitung von Berichten und Präsentationen fĂĽr Stakeholder:innen auf globaler Ebene
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Planung, DurchfĂĽhrung und Nachbereitung von Meetings (Team- und Programmebene) 

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik, quantitativen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der versicherungsmathematischen Reservierungsprozesse und -methoden
  • Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst:in, Insurance Financial Analyst:in, Aktuar:in oder vergleichbare Funktionen
  • Hohe Affinität zu Datenbanken und Datenverarbeitung, Erfahrung mit SQL
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken und nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in der Problemzerlegung und -lösung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und eigenverantwortliches Handeln und Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
