Auditor Business & Operations

Your Tasks

  • Lead and execute audits in the areas of Insurance Business & Operations, with a strong focus on international entities within the Group 
  • Assess and evaulate the effectiveness of internal control systems across the Group in accordance with IIA standards
  • Analyse complex processes related to product development, underwriting, claims handling, human resources and other areas
  • Advise audited departments and follow up on the implementation of recommendations and action plans
  • Contribute to the advancement of innovative audit methods, including the use of data analytics and AI
  • Work closely with decision-makers, including board members and senior executives
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and participate in regular business travel abroad

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, or a related field
  • CIA or a similar certification is a plus
  • Several years of professional experience in audit, ideally with a focus on insurance operations and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • International mindset, openness to new perspectives, and willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German or other language skills are an advantage
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively across various levels
