Deine Aufgaben

  • Methodische Verantwortung fĂĽr ADUs im ART HDI Cloud Platforms oder Core Services
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs agiler Prozesse in den Teams
  • Transparente Kommunikation von Fortschritt, Risiken und Hindernissen sowie Beseitigung vom Impediments
  • UnterstĂĽtzung des Product Owners bei der Strukturierung und Priorisierung des Backlog
  • Coaching der Teammitglieder zur Förderung von Sebstorganisation und einer konstruktiven Teamkultur
  • Gestaltung und Moderation agiler Zeremonien in den Teams
  • Förderung der Zusammenarbeit im Team und an den Schnittstellen zu anderen Teams
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Wissensvermittlung im agilen Kontext in der Organisation
  • Mitarbeit in Communities of Practice

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung als Agile Master, Scrum Master, Agile Coach oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Cloud-Umfeld wĂĽnschenswert
  • Fundierte nachgewiesene Kenntnisse agiler Frameworks (z.B. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit Veränderungen aktiv zu stalten und Menschen dafĂĽr zu begeistern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
