Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die Harmonisierung und Verschlankung der Betriebsprozesse fĂĽr alle Risikoträger und Kanäle mittels Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Transformation der Betriebsprozesse in ein E2E-digitales automatisiertes Zielbild inkl. Ergebnisverantwortung
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr operative KPI-basierte E2E-Prozess-Analyse und -Modellierung (u. a. mittels Prozessereignisse, Celonis, PowerBi) und Optimierung von Betriebsprozessen
  • Koordinationsverantwortung fĂĽr technische Konzeption, Technikauswahl, Umsetzung in ALO & Linie, Test, Einbindung Dritter (z. B. Kundin/Kunde, Vertrieb, Behörde, Fachexpertinnen/Fachexperten)
  • Sicherstellung der Messbarkeit durch Orga und Monitoring von Prozessereignissen
  • Kontinuierliches Controlling und Optimierung der Prozesse (KVP)
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die strategische Kunden- und Vertriebspartnersteuerung (Erarbeitung und Umsetzung) in Abstimmung mit den operativen Bereichen und Vertrieben

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Lebensversicherung eines Erstversicherers wĂĽnschenswert
  • FĂĽhrungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit der agilen Lieferorganisation wĂĽnschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement mit Analyse, Design, Definition und Umsetzung neuer Prozesse mit Anforderungen aus Fachbereich in die Agile Lieferorganisation sowie Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement fĂĽr die Besonderheiten im Vertriebsweg Bancassurance
  • Exzellente Analysefähigkeiten und IT-Affinität sowie Erfahrung im Process Mining
  • Organisatorisches Talent und Erfahrung in der Koordination verschiedener Stakeholder:innen, Zulieferer/Verantwortliche
  • Aufgeschlossenheit, offene Kommunikation und Neugierde- Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Hohes MaĂź an Lösungsorientierung und Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an Teamarbeit und an FĂĽhrung
