Your Tasks
- Identify change needs and design impactful transformation initiatives for our global AI journey
- Lead change management activities across departments and regions, ensuring alignment with strategy & roadmap
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT, innovation, local change managers, and end-users to drive integrated change
- Design and deliver tailored training, workshops, and communication strategies for diverse audiences
- Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning to embed new mindsets and behaviors
- Contribute to the development of governance structures and accountability mechanisms for transformation outcomes
- Gather user feedback, monitor adoption metrics, and work with product teams for continuous improvement
- Ensure sustainability of change through reinforcement mechanisms and long-term impact tracking
- Adapt quickly to emerging trends and shifting conditions in
- AI Advocacy: Act as an internal ambassador for AI and showcase its business potential
Your Profile
- University degree in business, organizational development, psychology, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading change management or transformation initiatives, ideally in digital, AI, or technology-driven environments
- Experience working in complex, global organizations and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of change management principles, frameworks, and methodologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training, workshops, and communication strategies for diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with KPI tracking, adoption metrics, and feedback loops
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
