AI Business Engineer

Your Tasks

  • Support our Business to structure and assess AI-related ideas and develop them into mature use cases concepts
  • Conduct comprehensive AI business case analyses, including market research, volume assessments, cost-benefit evaluations, strategic fit as well as scalability potential
  • Conduct comprehensive skill and capability check of what kind of AI solution would fit
  • Provide technical consulting to business stakeholders on the feasibility and value of AI solutions, with a strong focus on business impact and technical implementation
  • One face to the cutsomer: Act as trusted advisor and facilitator, bringing together the right stakeholders to move ideas from concept to implementation readiness
  • Detect duplications, synergies, and strategic gaps in the AI use case portfolio to support efficient resource allocation
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Innovation, Data Science and other producing or implementing team

Your Profile

  • Proven AI experience, ideally in a strategic or consulting role at the interface between business & IT
  • Proven experience in evaluating and prioritizing AI use cases, from ideation to implementation readiness
  • Deep understanding of current AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, Platform Technology Stacks, Generative AI) and their practical applications in a business context
  • Strong skills in business case development, including market and potential analysis, cost modeling, and scalability
  • Background in (industrial) insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage
  • Customer-centric mindset and passion for measurable impact
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical target groups
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
