(Senior-)Schadenregulierer:in Sach Privat und Gewerbe || Frankfurt am Main und Berlin

Deine Aufgaben

  • Schadenbesichtigung aus den Geschäftsbereichen der privaten und gewerblichen Sachversicherung
  • Fallabschließende außendienstliche Schadenbearbeitung und -regulierung
  • Leitung von Erst-, Hilfs- und Schadenminderungsmaßnahmen vor Ort
  • Steuerung der erforderlichen Sachverständigen und Dienstleistenden
  • Erstellung von Berichten sowie Prüfung der Schadenersatzansprüche, Kostenvoranschläge und Rechnungen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Dienstleistungsangeboten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung; vorzugsweise Meistertitel / Master / Dipl.-Ing. / Techniker:in sowie Weiterbildung zum/zur Versicherungsfachwirt:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Sachschadenbearbeitung, vorzugsweise im Außendienst
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der privaten und gewerblichen Sachversicherung
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Empathie sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Lösungsorientierung
  • Überregionale Reisebereitschaft
