Your Tasks
- Key account management and comprehensive support for the international insurance companies of the Talanx Group (Corporate & Specialty and Retail International) in the area of investments
- Strategic partner and advisor to clients along the entire value chain of Ampega
- Development and implementation of tailored, client‑focused solutions in close coordination with relevant internal interfaces and Ampega’s management
- Coordination of client requests and strategic initiatives, taking into account all relevant stakeholders
- Representing Ampega to the clients’ top management and actively contributing to the strategic positioning within Talanx Group
- Preparation, moderation, and follow‑up of Investment Committees and regular quarterly calls
- Leadership and management of strategic, cross‑functional projects, e.g. onboarding of new investment portfolios, integration of new entities, process optimization
- Preparation and alignment of investment planning according to German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS as an integral component of steering the investment result and decision support for clients
Your Profile
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing institutional mandates, in a relevant specialist department of an asset manager, or professional experience in management consulting
- Above-average degree in economics, finance, or a quantitatively oriented field of study
- In-depth knowledge of investments and financial markets as well as the associated operational processes of an asset management company
- Good understanding of accounting and regulatory requirements for insurance companies (IFRS, German GAAP/HGB, Solvency II, ESG)
- Fast comprehension, creativity, and a high degree of initiative
- Outstanding presentation and moderation skills
- Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
